Free live masterclass for healthcare leaders
An honest hour on using AI as a leader.
Most of us were handed AI and told to figure it out on our own. On October 20, I'll walk you through the handful of moves I actually use with the leaders I coach: what to hand off, what to keep, and how to do it without ever touching PHI. Bring a real situation from your week and we'll work it together, live.

If this sounds familiar
You tried AI, got something generic, and quietly went back to doing it yourself.
That's where most leaders land. You asked it to draft a policy or tidy an email, the result was fine, and fine wasn't worth the trouble. Meanwhile the schedule gaps, the board update, the conversation you keep replaying on the drive home, all of it still sits with you.
The tool was never the problem. Nobody sat down and showed you how to use it on your own work. That's what this hour is for.
What we'll cover
One hour. A few moves you can use the same afternoon.
A place for every task
A simple way to look at anything on your plate and know whether to hand it over, think it through with AI, or keep it fully yours.
The question that changes the answer
How to get AI to ask you what it needs before it writes a word, so what comes back sounds like your actual work.
Rehearsing the hard conversation
How to practice a difficult conversation with something that answers back, so you walk in steadier.
Doing it safely
How to use every bit of this without entering PHI or a single identifying detail.
The part that's hard to explain
We'll do it live, on real work.
No theory slides. I'll take a real leader's week and work one of these moves in front of you, start to finish. You'll see the questions it asks and the thinking that comes out of them. Bring your own situation and I'll take a few from the room.

Who this is for
Made for the leader who senses AI could help more than it has.
Come if
- You lead a team in a health system or clinic (nurse leader, director, manager)
- You work in HR, talent, or operations and carry more than your share
- You want AI to help without giving up your judgment or your voice
- You have no technical background and can write an email
Probably not for you if
- You want a talk about where AI is headed
- You're shopping for the next tool to buy
- You'd rather watch than work on something of your own

Who's guiding the hour
A little about me.
I'm Anna Smith, founder of Wildbrush Collective. I've spent two decades in healthcare workforce and leadership development, and I coach leaders through the International Coaching Federation. I run AI through my own work every day, so what I teach is what I actually use, in plain language, for the world you work in.

Credentials
From leaders I've worked with.
I now make decisions with more intention, and feel better equipped to focus my time and energy where it needs to be.
She brought a calm, confident presence that helped our team navigate practice changes with clarity and resilience.
A few questions I get.
I'm not technical. Will I be able to follow?
Yes. There's nothing to install and no jargon. If you can write an email, you can do everything we cover.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway. Everyone who registers gets the recording and the notes the next day. Watch it when the week allows.
Do I need a paid AI tool?
No. Everything I show works in the free version of the common tools. Bring whichever one you already have, or none, and try it after.
Will we touch patient information?
No. One of the four moves is doing all of this without entering PHI or a single identifying detail. We'll practice that way from the first minute.
How do I join on the day?
The link comes by email as soon as you register, with a reminder the morning of. It's a regular video call. Camera optional.

Bring one real situation from your week.
